Ms. Coakley-Rivera of Springfield move that the bill be amended inserting after section 30 the following section:-



Section XX. Section 77 of chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the last paragraph the following paragraph:- Any person convicted of a crime of cruelty to an animal shall be prohibited from working for animal grooming services.
