Mr. O'Flaherty of Chelsea move that the bill be amended inserting at the end thereof the following:-





Provided that not less than $211,000 shall be appropriated for payments to the Uniform Law Commission, pursuant to section 28 of chapter 6 of the general laws and provided further that prior fiscal year payments may be payable from said appropriation.
