An Act relative to National Guard benefits
By Mr. Speliotis of Danvers, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 730) of Theodore C. Speliotis relative to providing retirement eligibility for members of the National Guard. Public Service.
Section 7 of chapter 4 of the General Laws of the 2004 Official Edition is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-
“Any member of the National Guard that has served a minimum of twenty years shall be eligible for state pension benefits regardless of the type of service performed.”
