An Act relative to funeral processions.
By Mr. Tom Sannicandro of Ashland, petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 00944) of Tom Sannicandro for legislation to authorize the use of flashing lights on motor vehicles leading funeral processions. Joint Committee on Transportation.
SECTION 1. Section 14A of chapter 85 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:–
All vehicles taking part in a funeral procession shall have its vehicle hazard warning signals in operation during such procession.
