SECTION 1. Section 164 of Chapter 6 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appears in the 1998 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 5 by striking out the word ?ten? and inserting in its place the word ?twelve?. It is hereby further amended by adding at the end of the first paragraph the following:- ; two of whom shall be selected from a list of four names submitted by the Massachusetts Call/Volunteer Firefighters Association.
