Pursuant to Chapter 30, Section 33, of the Massachusetts General Laws, I hereby submit the following legislation for the 2013-2014 legislative session:
AN ACT TO ENHANCE THE ABILITY OF THE BUREAU OF SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS TO ADDRESS FRAUD
This bill would strengthen Bureau’s ability to investigate and report fraud.
AN ACT REGARDING THE SUBPOENA POWER OF THE BUREAU OF SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS
This bill would allow the Bureau to obtain relevant information in the investigation of fraud.
AN ACT TO ADDRESS FRAUD IN THE PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANT PROGRAM
This bill would allow the Bureau to obtain relevant information in the investigation of fraud in PCA Program.
AN ACT RELATIVE TO ACCESS TO TAX EXPENDITURE INFORMATION
This bill would give the Office of State Auditor limited access to Tax Expenditure information while maintaining confidentiality of the taxpayers.
