The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the designation of a portion of Route 18 in New Bedford as Kennedy Boulevard.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The portion of Route 18 from Interstate Route 195 to Route 6 in the City of New Bedford shall be designated and known as Kennedy Boulevard, in honor of the dedication and service of the Kennedy family to the citizens of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States of America. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearings the designation in compliance with the standards of the department. |
