An Act to protect assets of the spouse of a nursing home resident..
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 21A of Chapter 118E of the General Laws is hereby modified by adding the following phrase at the end of subsection (2)(v):

              provided that the division shall establish the maximum community spouse resource allowance permissible under 42 U.S.C. s.1396r-5(f)(2)
