An Act reforming the tort claim act.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 10 of chapter 258 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out paragraphs (f) and (j).

              SECTION 2. Paragraphs (g) and (h) of said section 10 of said chapter 258, as so appearing, are further amended by striking out the words, in each instance,  “or otherwise provided in clause (1) of subparagraph (j)”.
