An Act designating a certain section of state highway Route 53, Washington Street, in the city of Weymouth as the Stephen T. O'Donnell Memorial Highway.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The section of state highway Route 53 (Washington Street) from the Hingham Town Line to the end of state highway at the junction of Broad Street in the city of Weymouth shall be designated and known as the Stephen T. O’Donnell Memorial Highway, in honor of his service to the Commonwealth as a Highway Engineer and Dedicated Public Servant. The department of Highways shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of said department. |
