The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to dry cleaning establishment.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 93 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after section 18B the following section:- Section 18C. Every person conducting a dry cleaning establishment shall not discriminate on pricing based on the gender of the customer. |
