An Act mandating the accreditation of secondary graphic communications education in vocational and technical schools..
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any act or acts to the contrary, M.G.L., Chapter 15 is hereby amended to mandate that all Graphic Communications Education Programs in Vocational, Technical and Occupational Schools be nationally accredited by the beginning of the 2012 School Year.

              SECTION 2. The responsibility carrying out this mandate shall be that of the state director of vocational education, and a status of the same shall be reported to the House of Representatives and the Senate by the first day of August 2006.
