An Act relative to the reform of archaic laws implicating certain private consensual intimate conduct between adults.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. Section 34 of chapter 272 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 1 to 2, the words “commits the abominable and detestable crime against nature, either with mankind or” and inserting in place thereof the words:-- engages in sexual relations.

              SECTION 2. Section 35 of chapter 272 is hereby repealed.
