The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to certified occupational therapy assistants in the treatment of autism.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 32A of the General Laws, as most recently amended by Chapter 207 of the acts of 2010, is hereby amended by inserting in Section 25 in the definition of “Therapeutic care”, after the words "occupational therapists," occupational therapy assistant,
SECTION 2. Chapter 175 of the General Laws as most recently amended by Chapter 207 of the acts of 2010 is hereby amended by inserting in section 47AA in the definition of “Therapeutic care”, after the words "occupational therapists," occupational therapy assistant,
SECTION 3. Chapter 176A of the General Laws as most recently amended by Chapter 207 of the acts of 2010 is hereby amended by inserting in section 8DD in the definition of “Therapeutic care”, after the words "occupational therapists," occupational therapy assistant,
SECTION 4. Chapter 176B of the General LawsChapter as most recently amended by Chapter 207 of the acts of 2010 is hereby amended by inserting in section 4DD in the definition of “Therapeutic care”, after the words "occupational therapists," occupational therapy assistant,
SECTION 5. Chapter 176G of the General Laws as most recently amended by Chapter 207 of the acts of 2010 is hereby amended by inserting in section 4V in the definition of “Therapeutic care”, after the words "occupational therapists," occupational therapy assistant,
