An Act designating a certain bridge on interstate highway route 195 in the town of Wareham as the 1st Sgt. Charles W. Parker Memorial Bridge .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 46 of the acts of 1971 is hereby amended by striking out in line 3 the words "Charles W. Parker, Jr. bridge" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 1st Sgt. Charles W. Parker Memorial Bridge. Section 2. Said chapter 46 of the acts of 1971 is hereby further amended by striking out in line 4 the following:- "Jr." |
