The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the meeting of the Board of Elevator Regulations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 69 of chapter 143 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the first sentence of the second paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- The board of elevator regulations shall hold a public hearing on the first Wednesday in May in each year, and at such other times as it may determine, on petitions for changes in the regulations formulated by it. |
