An Act relative to recovering tax revenue lost to neighboring states..
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.  Sections 13 through 21, inclusive, of chapter 64C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, are hereby stricken.
