An Act relative to the transfer of a certain road to the Commonwealth..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Paul X. Tivnan Drive located in the towns of Boylston and West Boylston shall be placed under the jurisdiction of the Massachusetts department of highway for continued maintenance and upkeep. |
