The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act to provide affordable health insurance through the group insurance commission.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Section 8 of chapter 32A of the General Laws is amended by striking the words “seventy-five percent” in lines 5, 8, 32, and 38 and inserting the words “fifteen percent.” |
