An Act to clarity employee organization leave.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Chapter 32 Section 28K of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding after the word organization in line (7) of the 2004 official edition the following new words: “as long as said employee is a member of the certified bargaining unit that he / she is representing.”
