An Act relative to small claims court.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.  Section 21 of chapter 218 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 35 by striking the words “two thousand dollars”, and inserting in place thereof the following:- “five thousand dollars”.
