The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act further regulating workers' compensation.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 22 of chapter 152 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- Failure to give such written notice of coverage or cancellation shall be punishable by fine of not less than $50 not more than $100 per day. |
