An Act to reconstruct and maintain the seawall at Scituate and Marshfield..
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Pursuant to the 1939 opinion of the Attorney General, that the seawall erected by the Commonwealth in Marshfield and Scituate be treated as property of the Commonwealth and be maintained by the Commonwealth, there is hereby appropriated ten million dollars for the reconstruction and maintenance of this seawall for Marshfield and Scituate.  Appropriation . . . . . . . . . . . $10,000,000.00.
