An act classifying conservation and energy efficiency as a renewable energy generating source.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 11F of Chapter 25A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding after the words "or (9) geothermal energy;" the following:- "or (10) conservation and energy efficiency;" |
