The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to anti-freeze and engine coolant.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, section 303N of chapter 94 of the Massachusetts general laws shall apply to wholesale containers of engine coolant or anti-freeze containing 55 gallons or more of engine coolant or anti-freeze. |
