An Act relative to the definition of homestead.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 1 of chapter 188 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “home” in line 3 the following words:-  or property held in trust for the benefit of a settler who also has the property as the settlor’s principal residence.
