An Act to require health care providers to provide an electronic health record.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Health care providers to provide an Electronic Health Record for all Massachusetts standards that meet the minimum protocol according to the regulations to be set by the Department of Public Health.
