The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to psychology training.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 119(c) of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in line 9, the word,
"subsequent", and adding in its place the word, "prior".
SECTION 2. Section 120 of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in line 15, the words, "post doctoral", and adding in their place the words, "prior to receiving the doctoral degree".
