In the Year Two Thousand Twelve

An Act relative to the spinal cord injury trust fund.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1.              Paragraph (a) of section 59A of Chapter 10 of the Genera l Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the figure “$50” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-  “$100”

              SECTION 2.              Paragraph (a) of section 59A of Chapter 10 of the Genera l Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 9, the figure “$25” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-  “$50”

              SECTION 3.   The fifth paragraph of section 20 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 102, the figure “$50” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$100”

              SECTION 4.               The fifth paragraph of section 20 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 104, the figure “$25” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-  “$50”
