The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the lease of Northeastern University Henderson boat house.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding sections 40E to 40I inclusive, of chapter 7 of the General Laws, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the commissioner of capital asset management and maintenance, in consultation with the commissioner of conservation and recreation, may lease or enter into other agreements with the Northeastern University Henderson Boat House in the city of Boston; provided, however that the Boston Latin School row teams shall be granted full access to the locker, restroom, and shower facilities at the Northeastern University Henderson Boat House on days of scheduled practices or races.
