The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act allowing a tax deduction for private mortgage insurance .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Subsection (a) of part B of Section 3 of Chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
16. An amount up to $25,000 of the costs of guaranteeing a home mortgage loan with private mortgage insurance.
