The committee on Bills in the Third Reading to whom was referred the Senate Bill amending section 3 of Chapter 62 (Senate, No. 2017), reports, recommending that the same be amended as follows, and that, when so amended, it will be correctly drawn:--
By substituting a new draft entitled “An Act further regulating certain reimbursements by the city of Medford to the Water Enterprise Fund” (Senate, No. 2474).

An Act further regulating certain reimbursements by the city of Medford to the Water Enterprise Fund.

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

                Chapter 62 of the acts of 2011 is hereby amended by striking out section 3.
