The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the collection of judgements.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 22 of chapter 235 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-Any court proceedings necessary to satisfy an execution shall take place in the jurisdiction of the judgment holder. |
