The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the Middlesex Probate Court.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 62 of chapter 215 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following language: Each Justice of The Probate Court of Middlesex County shall sit in Ayer District Court as a satellite Probate Session of Middlesex County, at least one day per month, to provide access to the citizens of the western portion of Middlesex County to said Probate Court. |
