An Act to enhance the ability of the Bureau of Special Investigations to address fraud.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Section 6B of chapter 62E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- Whenever the bureau finds such probable cause and the person resides in housing maintained by a public housing authority, as defined in section 1 of chapter 121B, the bureau may notify the relevant public authority of such information so that the public authority may investigate whether such person has engaged in fraud with respect to that public housing authority.
