An Act regarding change of venue under Chapter 209A.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              Chapter 209A of the General Laws is amended in Section 2, Venue, by adding the following new paragraph:

              A defendant in an action under this section who has a case in family and probate court shall have the right to a change of venue to the district court of the marital residence for a jury trial.
