The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to medical malpractice.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after paragraph 7 the following paragraph:- Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, if a registered physician is convicted of 3 cases of medical malpractice the board shall revoke said physician's registration. |
