The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the retirement benefits of certain persons.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 4 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in lines 239 to 240 the following words:-
who most recently became a member prior to January first, nineteen hundred and eighty-eight;and further amended by striking out in lines 250 to 251 the following words:-
who first became a member on or after January first, nineteen hundred and eighty-eight
