The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to promoting reasonable executive compensation at private sector human services agencies.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 257 of the Acts of 2008 is hereby amended by adding the following section:- A social service provider who has employed with in the previous five years any individual whose total compensation is more than 6 times greater than that of the total compensation of a full time direct care worker at said social service provider shall not be eligible for the rate setting process outlined in this Chapter. |
