The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to other tobacco products.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The executive office of health and human services shall be directed to instruct the department of public health to promulgate regulations for restricting the marketing, labeling and restricting youth access to so called “Other Tobacco Products”. |
