The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act amending the town charter regarding certain appointed boards in the town of Westborough..
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5-2(a) of the charter of the town of Westborough, which is on file in the office of the archivist of the commonwealth, as provided in section 12 of chapter 43B of the General Laws, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 13, the words “Chapter 61A Study Committee”.
SECTION 2. Said section 5-2(a) of said charter of the town of Westborough, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 26, the words “Industrial Development Commission”.
