The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act modifying the Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (2) of paragraph (a) of section 11F of chapter 25A of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 13 of chapter 209 of the acts of 2012, is hereby amended by striking out after the words “December 31, 2009;” the word “and”.
SECTION 2. Subsection (3) of said paragraph (a) of said section 11F of said chapter 25A of the General laws, as most recently amended by section 13 of chapter 209 of the acts of 2012, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “thereafter” the following words:- until December 31, 2014; and (4) an additional 10 per cent of sales thereafter.
