An Act relative propane powered vehicles.
 

              Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

              SECTION 1. The department of transportation shall be directed to promulgate regulations allowing for vehicles powered by propane fuel to operate within the tunnel systems of the Commonwealth.
