The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the Labor Relations Commission.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 150E, Section six is amended by adding a new paragraph after the first paragraph. “Whenever the Commission is requested to decide a question under this section, the Commission shall decide the questions after a full hearing within three months of the initial date of the filing of the matter.” |
