The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act redefining executive and legislative agents.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 39 of chapter 3 of the general laws as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 96 by adding after the word “person” the following:-
,public relations firm director or chief executive officer,
SECTION 2. Section 39 of chapter 3 is further amended, in line 130, after the word person by adding the following:-
,consultant or public relations firm,
