The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the Health Care Security Trust Board of Trustees .
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4(d) of Chapter 29D of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out ‘7 trustees’ and inserting ‘8 trustees’ and adding after ‘1 of whom shall be appointed by the state treasurer’ the language ‘1 of whom shall be a member of the Massachusetts Municipal Association. |
