An Act relative to the transportation of students.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 8A of Chapter 74 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is herby amended by inserting,after the word “thereto”, in line 16, the following words; “ Students who must be transported to a regional vocational school from non-member districts will be reimbursed at the same rate as students from member districts attending a regional vocational school." |
