An act relative to the University of Massachusetts Police Department.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 50 of chapter 22C, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 10, the word “guards” in the second paragraph and inserting in place thereof the words:- “police officers”. |
