The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the retirement rights of building trades employees at institutions of public higher education.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 3(g) of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws is
hereby amended by including the following titles in Group 4:
lst Power Plant Plumber/Steamfitter, 2nd Class Power Plant Engineer
Steam Fitter, 3rd Class Power Plant Engineer Electrician, Co-
Generation Engineer 1, 2 & 3, Metal Worker, Maintenance Foreman,
Working Construction Handyman, Steam Fireman, Fire and Safety
Officer, Power Plant Attendant, Maintenance Man, Maintenance
Equipment Operator, HVAC/R Mechanic, Elevator Repairman.
