The Commonwealth of Massachusetts
An Act relative to the judicial advisory board.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 6A of Chapter 211B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding after word “assistance”, in line 5, the following: --
“one (1) elected clerk of court appointed by the superior court clerks association, one (1) district court clerk appointed by the district court clerks association,”
